1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Integrated CE Masters LLC website, client portal, continuing education courses, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Integrated CE Masters LLC ("Integrated CE Masters," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Our Service is intended for adult professionals working in, or pursuing work in, assisted living and related healthcare settings. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enroll in a course. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Courses, CE Credit & Payment
- Course content is provided for continuing education purposes and is designed to meet Arizona assisted living CE requirements. Completion requirements, deadlines, and CE credit amounts are as stated on each course page.
- Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processor. All fees are quoted before purchase; refund and cancellation terms, where applicable, are stated at checkout or in your enrollment agreement.
- We are not responsible for a licensing body's acceptance of CE credit; it is your responsibility to confirm your course selections meet your specific licensing requirements.
4. SMS Messaging Program Terms
Integrated CE Masters LLC offers an SMS (text messaging) program to help you manage your enrollment, coursework, and account. This section sets out the terms of that program. It works together with — and does not replace — our separate SMS Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle the information collected through this program.
The Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through a form on our website, your client portal account, or a verbal request, you agree to receive text messages from Integrated CE Masters LLC related to course and enrollment reminders, CE credit deadline and license renewal notices, billing and payment confirmations, and account or login support. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional company or new-course updates.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing any course, membership, or service from us. You can use our Service without opting in to SMS messaging.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your enrollment activity and the notifications you've opted into. You may receive more messages during an active course or renewal period, and fewer at other times.
Message & Data Rates May Apply
Message and data rates may apply to any text message we send you, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Integrated CE Masters LLC does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again.
If at any time you have questions or need assistance, text HELP to the number you received messages from, or contact us at [email protected]. We will respond with instructions on how to use our SMS program and how to unsubscribe.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile phone carriers are supported, and we are not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of any message sent through this program.
No Sharing of Mobile Information
Supported Carriers
Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Acceptable Use
When using our Service, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Share your account access or course credentials with anyone else
- Attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute course content without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or proper functioning of our site or portal
- Submit false information during enrollment or when requesting CE credit
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, text, graphics, logos, and software on our site and portal are owned by Integrated CE Masters LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may access and use course content for your own personal CE purposes only; you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services & Links
Our Service may link to or rely on third-party services, including our payment processor, client portal provider, and SMS/email delivery platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Course content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integrated CE Masters LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any SMS messages sent or not received, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrated CE Masters LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to us. You may stop using the Service, and opt out of SMS messaging, at any time as described above.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
