Jose has spent close to ten years training caregivers and assisted living managers across every corner of Arizona. It was on the ground, in real communities, that he fell in love with assisted living education — and saw a gap the industry badly needed to fill.

Schools that offer continuing education are easy to find. Schools that treat course quality as the whole point — and send managers away having actually learned something new — are rare.
